Shit. I rewrite this entire post again. Blogger got error. Cecilia just now passed me a warning letter cos I was caught wearing slippers two times. Heard from the previous batch, in sch de..mostly got B or C. Den my grade sure die one, tcher noe I keep running out, plus my latenss almost everyday ha, and plus my warning letter, which straightaway send me to tomb liao.

Rong, wan chee and jasmine are posted to CSC. A bit shuay la..haha but they got companions so okie la. haha

I suggest rong sao choose DBS la haha. This entry is specially for rong sao 1 haha.

DBS is actualli much better than Singtel, CASE, Nets and Inbound la. DBS u onli need to hit the monthly quota can le..for Singtel, Lucia told me she 1 day nd to cal at least 30 completed calls if im not wrong. Based on my experience, um um..haha , to achieve 30 completed calls, u need to call at least 80 to 100 calls per day cos not all the calls u made are successful de ma. For DBS, most of the days I onli call 10 plus completed calls per day onli..some days less than 10 calls onli. I need to call out at least 30 smth calls to have that 10 calls completed leh. In the beginning tcher say wad we nd to call 20 completed calls at least per day... they oso bo chiap 1..as long as we all hit the monthly quota can liao..veri easy 1..they oso not enuff data for us to make 20 completed calls per day.

CASE...definately a no-no. Nd to sell the products thrg phone de..Need to make at least 100 calls per day no matter its successful or not..but nd to call 100 ppl leh. haha. Somemore its downstairs..no-no. haha Muz hit the 100 calls quota de if not grade will affect 1.

Inbound..do admin stuffs and qc. They need to replay our calls and listen to check our surveys. listening to calls of different ppl to check most of their surveys. Same sentence, same word. I listen to my call oso sian liao haha. But they quite slack la. But in csc..I tink the onli valuable lesson learnt is that we can experience the work of the call agent la..and oso how to talk appropriately in a formal manner and handle customers. Can improve our communication skills. so we muz well make use of the opportunity, rather than listen to other ppl's surveys ma. Time pass quickly when we are on phone..if no data..den sneak out haha.

Nets...more slack than us lor..they las tym is call customers do a 10 min survey de..but their quota is veri few onli..now they i tink chg liao..becum called Ex NYP students to do the survey. Bt they nd to do report la..dono how many report...for ours DBS de is key in data at the end of the mth..30 min can finish liao. ahha. Good thing about Nets is they are at level 4 ...more easy to sneak out ma. haha.

DBS de survey 3 min can finish liao. den when we call out..our rejection calls definitely is less than other departments like singtel and case la..cos they will give DBS face de ma.. their bank leh haha.

ANd 1 more thing good about DBS..the MOST IMPT thing....COS THERE IS ME~!!! hahha den I can teach u oso hahahha.> Senior lehhh hahahha.>
