I just visited ah ling's blog and noe she's not in good state recently.

No one will be always happi throughout their lives. We smile, we laugh, but we do have problems that wil make us sad, frustrated, depressed, regret. Everyone wil have his/her own problems and we tend to be veri concerned or rather care too much about certain things which sometimes i wil tink.. does that meant so much to me tat im so bothered by that. That's life, I would say. We will keep tinkin and replaying in our minds til one fine day the problem is solved. But in many cases, those things we bothered the most is those which is unable to solve overnight or we are not possible to find a resolution, an answer to it.

Open secrets we wil share with our close frenz, relieving those heavy loads of ours. Those "deep in my heart" secrets, we can onli continue to tink and replay in those lonely nights. Our so called "deep in my heart" secrets may not seem big deal to others, but to us, it probably one of those factors that wil make our life miserable. ha. sounds abit serious. But yes, mayb it is, to some people. but for me, they are those which in late nights, while im stil tossing ard in bed, these secrets surfaced to my mind and make me feel regret and sad. Only at that time, I wil tink that if without these, my life will b much happier. But at other tym, I wil not tink about those la. haha.

Sometimes, we told ourselves, or frenz will always tel us..not to tink to much. But it's often said easier than done. We shld not force ourselves to stop tinking about those, since it's part of our memory, our life, I don tink we shld run away from these. Instead, face it with a different -positive mindset, bad things will bcum good things~!!!

Hope tt everyone will face their problems in a positive manner. Solve the problems if they can b solved. If they are those that cannot b solved, nvm, make it part of ur memory, slowly let it go, don b too bothered about them anymore. So next tym when u tink about them, hope they are not those problems that make u feel miserable, regret, sad, bt instead, hope they are those that wil make u say " Ha. I have gone thrg the worst part of my life, wad else wil ever stil bother me in the future.!"
